Welcome to Nordvaka Hypnosis. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website, sessions, and programs, both in-person at our Stanwood, WA location and online.

By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Nordvaka offers wellness services including:

Hypnotherapy and guided hypnosis

The proprietary Nordlys Vaka Multisensory Hypnosis Method

Past life regression

Mind-body coaching and habit change support (e.g., smoking cessation, weight-loss motivation)

Mindfulness and sound therapy integration

These services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.

2. Client Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during any session. Clients with active psychiatric conditions must consult their healthcare provider before beginning hypnosis.

3. Booking & Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or SimplePractice client portal.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options listed on our platform.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sessions are pre-paid at the time of booking, however NordVaka will do everything to reschedule appointments if less than 72-hours notice is is given. Sessions once paid, are non-refundable.

Late cancellations (less than 3 business) and no-shows are also non-refundable.

In rare cases, Nordvaka may reschedule a session due to practitioner illness or unforeseen events. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Nordvaka does not guarantee specific results from hypnosis or coaching sessions. Results vary by individual.

By participating, you agree:

You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

Nordvaka, its owners, and practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your participation.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Arrive on time and fully present

Share relevant information honestly

Follow any at-home exercises or aftercare suggestions as appropriate

Respect the boundaries and policies of the practice

Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in service termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, methods (including Nordlys Vaka), and materials provided during sessions are the intellectual property of NordVaka Hypnosis Inc, and may not be reproduced, recorded, or distributed without express written permission.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential in accordance with state and federal laws, including HIPAA-compliant handling when applicable. For more, see our Privacy Policy.

Session recordings (if agreed upon) are for client benefit and internal quality assurance only and are securely stored.

9. Modifications to These Terms

Nordvaka reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising will be handled in courts within Snohomish County, WA.
