Every program begins with a free conversation. What follows is a sequential, tailored process — not a generic protocol. Here is the arc most clients move through.
Free Consultation
A 30–45 minute conversation — in person or by phone — to understand your presenting concern, your history, and whether this is the right fit. No pressure. No commitment.
First Session
90 minutes. Extended intake, pattern mapping, and your first deep hypnotherapy session. Your first personalized Nordlys Aftercare episode arrives within 48 hours.
Core Program
3–5 follow-up sessions where the subconscious work deepens — reaching the patterns that drive your presenting concern and installing updated programming at the source.
Consolidation
The final sessions shift from pattern change to identity integration — so what's built holds long after the program ends. Ongoing aftercare and maintenance available.
